K. Sinton, Colorado. [JHJ] Obituary in the Colorado Gazette Telegraph, published on Saturday 26 November 1949 reads Dr. William E. Sinton Dies In Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Dr. William E. Sinton, eldest son of Mrs. W. K Sinton, 1618 Cheyenne Blvd., died at Winston-Salem N.C. Friday morning. His death followed a stroke suffered Thursday. D. Sinton was bom in Colorado Springs in 1883 and was educated here and at Denver University Dental school. He married Miss Edith Victoria Shoulder, Denver, March 12, 1907. He had been with the U. S. Public Health Service for the past 25 years. The Sintons had lived in Winston-Salem for the past five years and before that were in Montana, Boston, and New York. In addition to his mother, Dr. Sinton is survived by his wife and two sons, Com. William E. Sinton, U. S. Coast Guard Air Force, and John J. Sinton, Budds Steel company of Philadelphia; two sisters, Mrs. S. N. Willett and Mrs. A. M. Handke. both of Colorado Springs; a brother, Maj. James J. Sinton, dental surgeon with the U. S.
