There are two queries about this one. GROS_B1863_787_B0_0001 I think should read GROS_B1863_787_00_0001. There is second record also for a Thomas with ref GROS_B1863_787_B0_0002. Either there were twins, Thomas X and Thomas Y, or two entries for the same birth. Consecutive entries usually signifies twins, but usually with different names.
