I Clotworthy Warren Murland of Ardabannon Castlewellan in the County of Down Linen Manufacturer hereby revoke all wills or Testamentary dispositions at any time heretofore made by me and declare this to be my last will and testament. I charge my debts Funeral and Testamentary expenses upon all my property and direct them to be paid rateably thereout and not out of my Residuary estate alone. Whereas I am possessed of one thousand nine hundred and ninety fully paid up shares in the firm of James Murland Limited (hereinafter called â€œthe said Companyâ€) and of which I am a director. I bequeath to my eldest son James Warren Murland one thousand of my said shares in the said Company. I bequeath to my son Clotworthy Warren Murland Junior five hundred of my said shares in the said Company. I bequeath to my son Thomas Stanley Murland one hundred of my said shares I the said Company. I bequeath to my son Charles Henry Murland one hundred of my said shares I the said Company. I bequeath to my son Howard Ferguson Murland one hundred of my said shares I the said Company. I bequeath to my daughter Evelyen Murland ninety five of my said shares I the said Company and to my daughter Florence Murland ninety five of my said shares I the said Company and as to all the rest residue and remainder of my property of every description whether real or personal of which I shall at the time of my death be seized or possessed or have an appointing or disposing power over I give devise and bequeath and appoint the same to my two daughters Evelyen Murland and Florence Murland in equal shares as tenants in common and not as joint tenants and in case either of my said daughters should predecease me without leaving a child or children me surviving I give and devise and bequeath her share of my said Residuary Estate to the survivor of my said two daughters but in case either of my said Daughters should predecease me leaving a child or children I bequeath her share of my said Residuary Estate to such child or children if more than one in equal shares. I appoint my said two sons James Warren Murland and Clotworthy Warren Murland Junior Executors of this my will. In Witness whereof I hereto subscribe my name this Thirty first day of October one thousand nine hundred and one.
