ERNEST FREDERICK GEORGE SINTON
Minden, Ont. | THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me, ERNEST FREDERICK GEORGE SINTON, of the Village of Minden in the County of Haliburton and Province of Ontario, made this twenty-third day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and fifty-four.
I REVOKE all former Wills or other Testamentary Dispositions by me at any time heretofore made, and declare this only to be and contain my last Will and Testament.
I DIRECT all my just debts, Funeral and Testamentary expenses to be paid and satisfied by my Executors hereinafter named as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
I GIVE DEVISE AND BEQUEATH all my Real and personal Estate of which I may die possessed in the manner following, that is to say
My personal belonging to be left to Frank Welch to dispose of as he sees fit, and gift of One Hundred Dollars.
After my demise, I wish to be buried in the Minden Cemetery.
I designate Six Hundred dollars for my burial.
One half of my estate to go to my sister-in-law, Dolly McLean Sinton, Thessalon, Ontario.
The remainder of my estate to be divided between my surviving sisters and brother all now living in Ireland, share and share alike.
ALL the residue of my Estate not hereinbefore disposed of I give devise and bequeath unto my surviving sisters and brother now living in Ireland, share and share alike.
AND I nominate and appoint FRANK WELCH, Minden, Ontario
JOHN H. FLEMING, Minden, Ontario
to be executors of this my last Will and Testament.
